Park Metro

11101 NE 12th Street, Bellevue, Washington

Located in downtown Bellevue, Park Metro is a six-story, mixed-use, multifamily apartment building featuring 80 residences. Designed by Kovak Architects, this project erected the first crane in Bellevue after 2008’s Great Recession. Park Metro opened to residents in 2014.

Cerasa

10961 NE 2nd Place, Bellevue, Washington

Featuring breathtaking views of Mount Rainier and nestled in the heart of downtown Bellevue’s business district, Cerasa rises eight-stories, featuring 155 residences and one retail space. Designed by Weber Thompson Architects, the building utilized first of its kind use of pre-fabricated SSI steel panels. Cerasa also features interior materials and finishes of superior quality, including kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities commissioned from Italy. Cerasa also provides residents with a large club room equipped with a full kitchen and bar, entertainment, pool and shuffleboard tables and a spacious outdoor terrace. Cerasa opened to residents in 2018.

Träd

17567 15th Avenue NE, Shoreline, Washington

Inspired by Scandinavian design, Träd, or “Tree” in Swedish, features 124 residences that blend modern minimalism with the unmistakable and irresistible feeling of the Pacific Northwest. Located in the burgeoning North City neighborhood of Shoreline, Träd offers its residents convenient access to the future 185th street lightrail station, Interstate-5, and highly desirable neighborhood amenities. Designed by Caron Architecture, the building features 5-stories of residential living over 2-stories of parking, fitness center, and spacious rooftop amenity deck. Träd opened to residents in April 2021.

The Line

140 NE 145th Street, Shoreline, Washington

Just steps away from Sound Transit’s future 145th street lightrail station (opening 2024), The Line features 241 residences and 1,900+ sqft of retail. Designed by Tiscareno Architects, this 7-story apartment community is expected to open to break ground in Summer 2022 and open to residents in late 2024.
