11101 NE 12th Street, Bellevue, Washington

The Park Metro is a 6-story, mixed-use, multifamily apartment building with 80 units and parking for 108 vehicles located in downtown Bellevue. Designed by Kovak Architects, the building features distinct angles underscored by clean, aluminum trim juxtaposed against a rich, brick facade. Construction began on the Park Metro in 2012, at which time was the first new construction in the city of Bellevue since the 2008 Great Recession.  The Park Metro opened to residents in 2014 and was sold in the 1st quarter of 2015.

10961 NE 2nd Place, Bellevue, Washington

Featuring breathtaking views of Mount Rainier, Cerasa is an 8-story, mixed-use, multifamily apartment building with 155 units and parking for 166 vehicles. Designed by Weber Thompson Architects, the building features first of its kind (in Bellevue) use of SSI steel panels, allowing for expedited floor scheduling and completion.  Cerasa also features interior materials and finishes of superior quality, including kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities commissioned from Italy. Cerasa also provides residents with a large community room equipped with a full kitchen and bar, entertainment, pool and shuffleboard tables and a spacious outdoor terrace. Construction on Cerasa began in 2016 and was completed in 2018.

17567 15th Avenue NE, Shoreline, Washington

Träd, or Tree in Swedish, is EPG's newest project, featuring 124 units and parking for 114 vehicles. Located in the rapidly-growing North City neighborhood of Shoreline, Träd offers residents of the area convenient access to the future lightrail expansion station, Interstate-5, and neighborhood amenities. Designed by Caron Architects, the building features 5-stories of residential living over 2-stories of parking, full gym, and rooftop amenity lounge. Construction is expected to commence in 2019.
